Biography
Ravit Cohen is an associate attorney at Buscemi Hallett where her practice focuses on insurance coverage disputes and insurance bad faith litigation against insurance carriers throughout California.
Ms. Cohen graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Sociology. In 2020, Ms. Cohen graduated cum laude from California Western School of Law with an emphasis in Business Law as well as an emphasis in Labor and Employment Law, both of which were awarded with honors. While in law school, Ms. Cohen externed for the Honorable Judge M. James Lorenz and the Honorable Judge Anthony J. Battaglia.
Ms. Cohen is admitted to practice before the State Court of California and is admitted to the State Bar of Texas.
Ms. Cohen is a native San Diegan who enjoys traveling, camping, watching college football, and spending time with her family.

Represents insureds in insurance coverage disputes and bad faith actions against insurance carriers involving various policy types including life insurance policies, commercial general liability policies, professional services policies, auto policies, homeowner's policies, renters policies, and more.
Represented clients in construction defect cases including developers, contractors, and subcontractors.
