Brandon Rodriguez

Brandon Rodriguez is an associate attorney at Buscemi Hallett LLP practicing civil litigation throughout California, including insurance coverage, bad faith disputes, construction defect matters, and business litigation. He represents insureds, individuals, and businesses, with a focus on coverage analysis, breach of contract, and bad faith claims, as well as residential and commercial construction defect disputes. As a native Spanish speaker, Mr. Rodriguez also effectively represents and communicates with Spanish-speaking clients.

Prior to joining Buscemi Hallett LLP, Mr. Rodriguez worked as a paralegal, where he gained hands-on litigation experience in discovery, motion practice, and client communication.
